Do you like nuts?


Typical of this time and Christmas, nuts are a dried fruit much appreciated by people since ancient times: because of its resemblance to a brain thought were good for memory and overall health.

What is certain is that they contain very healthy fatty acids in a ratio which is only found in nuts. They help lower triglycerides.
Gone and bad cholesterol. They also help raise good cholesterol and reduce stress.

They contain a good amount of fiber, minerals and vitamins, particularly vitamins are rich in family B, as niacin (B3) or folic acid (B6).

Do you have a "but"?

Yes, the only downside of that is that we want to record a lot of calories. How many is many? As per 100 g of nuts 650 calories !!!
To get an idea, 100 g of apple contribute 55 calories any more.

So although they are beneficial to health, they may cease to be if we predispose to take in more calories than we take daily.
A practical way to know how many we can take, is: dessert, instead of taking a piece of fruit can take 3 or 4 nuts. Approximately equivalent to the same calories as a piece of fruit.
This way you can enjoy the benefits and how rich are nuts, without affecting negatively your weigh.
