1. Hummingbird Cake
Ingredients
½ cup tapioca flour
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup coconut sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking soda
A little bit of salt
2 bananas pureed
½ cup diced pineapple
½ cup melted coconut oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients, leaving the nuts to the end.
Line a mold cake or pudding with baking paper and pour the mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Ingredients
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup raw honey (you can use a little more or less depending on your preference)
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
Cover a baking sheet with foil and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips are added at the end.
Divide the mixture into cookies and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and enjoy.

Ingredients
14 oz coconut milk
¼ cup honey
⅓ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup of fresh strawberries, cubed
Instructions
Liquefy the fruit. In a bowl combine coconut milk, add honey and fruit.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.

Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lavender buds
A little bit of salt
14 oz coconut milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
In a medium saucepan combine cranberries and half the honey. Cook until it has the texture of a jam. Add vanilla, lavender and salt. Cook for a few minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
In a medium bowl combine coconut milk, remaining honey and almond extract. Add marmalade and mix well. Pour into a dish and freeze for 6-8 hours before serving.
