Pineapple salad and grilled chicken wing with yogurt sauce



Pineapple salad and grilled chicken wing with yogurt sauce.
The name of this so simple salad does not do justice to the lovely.



INGREDIENTS:- 120 g of chicken breast- 2 slices pineapple (fresh or canned natural)- 40g of grated carrot- 80 g of mixed lettuce- 1/2 pineapple yogurt skimmed- A little pepper and curry powder- Half tablespoon olive oil and salt to chicken 
ONLY 295 CALORIES (Ideal for a dinner.)ELABORATION:1
. You must use a good non-stick pan. It will prepare the chicken breast grilled. Use the indicated oil and when hot places the breast in the center. Let browned on one side, then flip. When ready let it cool and parla into thin slices. 
2. In the same pan and add more oil if used to brown the pineapple slices, caramelized will give you a terrific touch. They suffice a couple of minutes on each side. When at the point and parla remove it in pieces. 
3. Place lettuce and grated carrot salad in a bowl and place over chicken pieces and pineapple. 

* To prepare the sauce: pour the pineapple yogurt skimmed indicated in a cup, add a little black pepper, curry powder and a pinch of salt. Mix well and pour this special sauce over the remaining ingredients.
