It is a weight loss regimen that helps you lose weight quickly, but can be harmful to your health.
Known in Brazil as "USP Diet," his false name makes reference to the University of Sao Paulo. The diet was a great success in the 90s and the reason is simple: promises to help you lose 15 kilos in 15 days.
Its menu is composed mainly of coffee, ham and eggs. It can be performed for only 15 days, because if it is followed by longer can take the person to have kidney and heart complications. 1st day:

Dinner: Ham York (the wish)
3rd day:
Breakfast: coffee with crackers
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, salad of green beans and 2 slices of toast
Dinner: Cooked ham and salad
4th day:
Breakfast: coffee with crackers
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 carrot and fresh cheese to taste
Dinner: fruit salad and plain yogurt
5th day:
Breakfast: raw carrots with lemon squeezed, coffee only
Lunch: Chicken grilled to your taste
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with carrot
6th day:
Breakfast: coffee with cookies
Lunch: fish fillet with tomato to taste
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with carrot
7th day:
Breakfast: coffee with lemon
Lunch: grilled steak with fruit to your taste
Dinner: whatever you want, less sweets and alcoholic beverages.
After completing seven days, you have to start over from the first to complete the 14. On day 15 can resume your normal eating habits.
You can drink water, coffee and tea all day. Vegetables are allowed watercress and lettuce.
