Today mandarins picnic...!!
Now is the season of mandarins, a fruit from which it is easy to abuse: they are tiny, they are delicious and give rise to eat some accounts ... is not it ??
Although fruits are very healthy food, we have to control the amount we take, because if we had, at the end of the benefit of the fruit is lost because excess makes us fat.
Mandarins adequate ration consists of 2 units. (3 if they are super tiny).
Today we suggest that snack, take 2 tangerines and an infusion.

- Vitamin C:
