Objective of the 5th day of the lemon diet: eat good fats

    Tuna pasta and sweetcorn: 6 tablespoons of cooked whole wheat pasta, half a can of tuna in brine, 2 tablespoons corn and a handful of chopped broccoli or a small tin of tomatoes. Serve hot with steamed vegetables and lemon juice.
    Pureed fruit and nuts.
