Tomato soup


Ingredients (4 people)

     1 kg. ripe tomatoes
     1/2 onion
     1 cup skim milk
     2 teaspoons cornstarch
     Perrins sauce 1 teaspoon
     parsley
     salt
     pepper

constipation, menopause.

preparation

     Peel and chop the onion. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, without wasting anything of their juice, and put them in a bowl. Add the chopped onion and parsley and cover with paper towels. Cook 6 minutes in the microwave at 70 percent power, then pass through a fine sieve and put it back in the container.

     Dissolve the cornstarch in half a cup of cold water and add to the soup. Cook 4 min. maximum, removing three or four times during cooking. Season with Perrins sauce, salt and pepper and add milk. Beat, heat a few seconds and serve immediately.
