Lemon water for weight loss 7


Today is the last day of the lemon diet !! We have finally finished the diet. How you feel? Were you able to fulfill it without problems?

One of the advantages of the lemon diet do not go hungry and eat everything: carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals ... in short it is a very complete diet. :)

We only have one day. Let's go for it.
Aim of the last day of the lemon diet: improve the digestive system

As the last day is going to concentrate all our efforts on improving our digestive system.

Why? We know that poor digestion deprives the body of essential nutrients you need to develop good metabolism and lose weight.

How is it done? Simple tips:

    First you have to chew each bite slowly.
    We have to eat in moderation, at the same time every day and taking our time.
    When you are tired you should not eat anything.
    Take a break before and after dessert.
    Do not eat in front of the television.
    Get up from the table after eating, you avoid keep nibbling.

Nothing more rise: hot water and lemon juice.

Lemon Diet Breakfast
Whole wheat cereal with fresh fruit, a handful of nuts and soy milk.

Half Morning
A small bowl of guacamole with carrot

Lunch
Vegetarian Pizza: cut a piece of whole wheat bread slices 10 cm long. Top with tomato sauce, chopped mushrooms and green pepper. Then check above 1 tablespoon sweet corn and a small piece of mozzarella cheese sliced. Bake and serve.

Snack
Fruit salad sprinkled with sunflower seeds.

Dinner
Risotto (chicken breast, rice, grated cheese, sprinkled with lemon juice and tomato puree)

Salad berries: cherries, raspberries, strawberries.


    With this diet you have to be lowered, at least 4 kilos since 4 kg equals a pant size.

A very important thing lemon diet is that it teaches you to eat, because each day sets a target and the menu is prepared according to that objective.

Another important aspect is that it is a healthy diet, as it eats everything and finally not hungry.
