Lemon water for weight loss 6

Remember that we need to prepare the lemon juice and during the day we will take lots of fruit and fresh produce. As a rule of health is also convenient to eat organic food if possible (organic produce contains very few chemicals).

Nothing up: hot water with lemon juice
Breakfast
A bowl of fresh fruit salad.
A plain yogurt with 2 tablespoons oatmeal
300 ml of organic soy milk

a nectarine
A handful of nuts and seeds
Lunch
A small bowl of avocado with prawns
A salad with lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
An Apple

Snack
A slice of whole wheat toast sprinkled with grated cheese
Dinner
omelet with 2 eggs, chopped mushrooms, 3 tablespoons grated cheese and steamed vegetables drizzled with olive oil.
A small banana
A cup with strawberries
You can toggle the food for dinner
It is done. Now we must prepare for the last day of the lemon diet.
