What foods help fight stress?


I think like most everyone, I live very stressed. What should I eat to calm nerves and not lower my defenses?

Ease of having a good night's sleep and a good supply of serotonin and magnesium, which act as relaxants. In the case of serotonin, we seek their precursors in-the-carbohydrate pasta, rice, bananas, bread and potato.

They also have milk, cheese and turkey meat that calming effect. By regulating our energy, magnesium acts against stress. We are found in almonds, cocoa, chocolate and peanuts.

At bedtime, the melatonin-the hormone that is secreted in the pineal gland is imprescincible. it rich foods are oats, sweet corn, rice and tomatoes.
