BREAKFAST: All black coffee or tea you want and grated carrots with lemon.

SATURDAY
BREAKFAST: All you want black coffee, no sugar and toast. You can take tea.
MEAL: Grilled chicken, everything you want.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and carrots.

SUNDAY
BREAKFAST: Tea with lemon, any type of tea.
FOOD: 1 steak grilled fruit you want and the amount you want. You can take tea.
DINNER: WHAT YOU WANT TO DINE, VALE ALL.

Remember that when the end of the week on Monday should start the diet again.
