Easy weight watchers recipes Shrimp Paella
December is approaching and in many things we find prawns.
This food is one of the star dishes on Christmas day.
As there are many people who have already purchased, or there will be others after Christmas have reservations shrimp in the freezer for several months, today we show you a different way to prepare.
I assure you that will surprise you. And you will repeat. Insurance :)

INGREDIENTS:
- Red pepper: 30 g
- Onion: 30 g
- Garlic: Middle Prong
- Leeks: 30 g
- Raw prawns (you can put even frozen): 6 units (about 200 g unpeeled)
- Peas: 50 g
- Rice: 60 g
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon dessert
- Laurel, saffron and a bit of vegetable bouillon cube
:) ONLY 528 CALORIES (Ideal as a single dish at a meal.)
PREPARATION: Chop into small pieces pepper, leek, onion and garlic. And cast them into a nonstick skillet with hot oil indicated. Let it pretty golden brown over medium heat. Add the prawns whole (frozen or not) and let it do about 3 minutes on each side. They will put pink-orange color. Let them sear until the point you like. Add the rice, bay leaf, a slice of cake of shredded vegetable broth, saffron water to cover and let it do over medium heat with a lid. After about 12-14 minutes the rice will be ready to drink.
So quick and easy is to prepare this super paella with prawns :)
