Scrumptious tiramisu


Who does not like a rich, traditional tiramisu? I do not know anyone who does not like the truth. So we have been delving into how to do very light but just as good. And we have found a way! And besides, no eggs, so it is suitable for egg allergy sufferers.
I count it a little below ...



This dessert only provides 150 calories, it is ideal to take it as a dessert at any meal or special dinner or better: as a snack if we accompany it with a piece of fruit :)



INGREDIENTS FOR TWO PEOPLE

- 2 skimmed sweetened yogurts (we use the Activia 0.0 sweetened)

- 2 squares chocolate milk
- 6 tablespoons of black coffee
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 hard biscuits
-1 Tablespoon powdered chocolate dessert (we used Paladin)

ELABORATION
I prepared them in typical glass yogurt cups, but could be worth crystal glasses or even low glasses of wine.

1. In a bowl pour the milk and add 3 tablespoons of coffee.
2. Melt the chocolate (in the microwave one few seconds).
3. Check the yogurt in a glass blender, add 3 tablespoons of coffee and melted chocolate. Mix well with mixer. It will be a smooth and soft cream.
4. You have a cake for each cup. Take the first and pártelo into 4 pieces. (one by one) in milk with coffee you put on the plate and place two bits on the bottom of the first vessel. Now add a little coffee and chocolate cream. Moisten the two pieces of cake in milk and place over the first layer of cream.
5. Repeat with the other cake and the remaining cream.

* To end: with a strainer spreads over the surface of the tiramisu a little chocolate powder, cover each cup with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.
