Crispy rice salad and tuna

Today we are pleased to present this simple but different, so balanced and rich salad. It's super easy to do and you can even have it ready the day before.

Without further ado we tell you how to prepare:

 INGREDIENTS:

- 60 g rice
- 2 cans of tuna natural (if you use tuna in oil, could only put 1 small can)
- 40g of grated carrot
- 30 g of radishes
- 50 g of cucumber
- 30 g onion
- A handful of (fresh or dried) herbs
- Half tablespoon olive oil, salt and vinegar (preferably raspberry)

ONLY 501 CALORIES (ideal for a full meal)

ELABORATION:

1. Boil the rice in salted water. When ready reserve is drained.
2. If you have a food processor, great: all you have to do a few slices of cucumber and radishes. But if you do not, do not worry, you'll make them by hand. When they are ready expandable folders in a bowl salad. Part onion into strips and add it to the bowl with the grated carrot.
3. Add the flaked tuna also and finally the water drained rice.
* For the dressing: crushing herbs in a mortar, add the oil, salt and a little raspberry vinegar (or single). Mix well and pour over the remaining ingredients and ... enjoy!
