INGREDIENTS:
- Iceberg lettuce: 50 g
- Fresh tomato: 150 g
- Canned corns: 40 g
- Green olives: 6
- Onion: 30 g
- Cured Cheese: 30 g
- Bocas sea (crab sticks) striped: 40 g
- Modena vinegar and salt.

ONLY 230 CALORIES (Ideal for a dinner.)

ELABORATION:
1. Part diced tomato, lettuce, olives and cheese.
2. Arrange the lettuce and corn at the base of a large plate.
3. Go placing the remaining ingredients in the order that you could possibly want.
4. To finish: alíñala with a little salt (not much, remember that olives are salty) and balsamic vinegar or balsamic, will give a touch super-rich.
