Dieting Foods Fried Rice
Woe to you rich!
Today we show the request of one patient: we commented in the consultation that I really wanted to eat fried rice. So we got down to work and prepare this beautiful dish. INGREDIENTS:
- Rice: 60 g * who says rice, noodles says :) You could put the same amount of noodles or Chinese noodles.
- Eggs: 1
- Cooked ham or peeled prawns: 50 g
- Corns: 50 g
- Peas: 30 g
- Onion or leek: 20 g
- Margarine (or olive oil): 1 tsp
- Soy sauce: to taste
ONLY 470 CALORIES (Ideal for a meal, single dish.)
ELABORATION:
Cook rice in salted water, and in the meantime ...
Part very thin onion and put it to brown with margarine indicated in a nonstick skillet (if you choose to put prawns, you should make them in the pan with the onion).
When golden brown, add the peas, corn and ham.
Separates these ingredients, without adding more margarine (or oil) check the egg and prepare an omelet. When ready, corolla into strips and mix with ingredients that separate them.
Drain rice well and mix in the pan with the other ingredients.
If you like you can add a tablespoon of soy sauce: not rise too calories, but its flavor :)
