Stewed beans with vegetables and salmon wine

Hello friends!
Today bet for a pair of super traditional recipes and almost certainly many people associate with two things:
- A long time in the kitchen ...
- Impossible on a diet ...
But we prove to those people who can cook these two delicious dishes in a very short time and also within a balanced and low calorie diet.

STEWED BEANS WITH VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
beans raw or cooked: 60 g or 150 g
Olive oil: 1/2 tablespoon
Pepper: 40 g
Onion: 40 g
Zucchini: 40 g
Leek: 40 g
1. Chop the vegetables into julienne and disponlas in a pan with hot oil already indicated.
2. Let take a golden color and then add the beans, a daughter of laurel, a pinch of paprika and a pinch of cumin. Cover with water, add salt to taste and let it do until they are ready.
* Tip: If you use cooked vegetables it will take much less time.
SALMON WINE
Ingredients:
Salmon: 90g
Olive oil: 1/2 tablespoon
Onion: 40 g
White wine: 1/3 cup
1. Prepare the salmon grilled in a nonstick skillet.
2. Add the onion and let brown. Put a little salt and pepper and add the white wine.
3. Increase the heat and let the sauce is consumed.
