Pasta with vegetables, egg and cheese
Easy diet food recipes - One week we show one of the recipes from our book, The ALEA diet.
This time we have changed a little bit the recipe, but the essence is the same :) Originally it was a plate of cannelloni, but the day we prepare not left us plates of cannelloni at home so we opted to do the same but with spaghetti . You can see the result, I promise you that were spectacular.
And just a few days ago the quantities of 2, which is equivalent to a diet of about 1,500 calories I will show you.

INGREDIENTS:
- Cannelloni: 60 g
- Eggs: 1
- Olive oil: half tablespoon
- Zucchini: 120 g
- Onion: 40 g
- Pepper: 40 g
- Fresh tomato: 120 g
- Grated light: 30 g
PREPARATION: Boil in salted water cannelloni plates (or pasta of your choice) and meanwhile looks super splitting the vegetables finite pieces. also cook the egg. Fry in a pan the onion and pepper. When they are golden brown and then add the zucchini chopped fresh tomato. Let the sauce is reduced for about 5-6 minutes over medium-high heat. Then add the chopped egg and mix well. This will fill your cannelloni. When ready, put the cheese indicated above and tuck a few seconds in the microwave to melt it over the cannelloni.
