Take the proper serving of pasta when you touch is healthy. Provides complex carbohydrates that release their energy slowly and make us feel full longer. Surely you have noticed that if you eat only a salad with a steak after a short time you notice hunger. However if there had been in this salad a little pasta (or rice or potato, or beans or some bread).
Of all the energy we make every day through food, more than half should come from foods rich in carbohydrates. So that no one may prohibit the pasta. Neither Rice nor the wonderful vegetables or bread.
That said let's go piece by spaghetti with pesto that we have set today!
Spaghetti al pesto
easy pesto sauce recipe for pasta
INGREDIENTS
- 55 g of spaghetti
- 150 g of canned peas
- 2 chopped walnuts
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 handful fresh basil (also serves dry)
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese dessert (we use Parmesan)
- 40 g of ham (we use a vegetable sliced meats we tried for the first time, was very good)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil dessert
- 1/2 nonfat plain yogurt
ELABORATION
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water long enough.
2. In a blender cup check peas, garlic, basil, yogurt and olive oil. Pass a few seconds in a blender until a smooth sauce.
3. In a nonstick pan put the chopped ham and a few laps to give a little brown.
4. To finish: drained spaghetti and throw them back into the pan without water. Add the yogurt sauce and peas and mix well. To serve: Place this mixture into the dish, add the sauteed ham, grated cheese and walnuts above and enjoy!
