Carbonara recipe for diet


Today I show a super recipe like everyone! A children, grandparents, moms and dads.
Who does not like a good plate of carbonara? It seems difficult. And it can seem impossible in a diet, and yet ... Here we have it !!
Without further ado I give the keys to prepare a delicious Italian dish on what it takes to cook the rice:

INGREDIENTS:
- Rice: 55 g
- Canned peas (thawed): 50 g
- Skim milk: half a glass
- Cooked Ham low in fat and salt: 40 g
- Hard-boiled egg: 1
-, Nutmeg Salt and black pepper.

:) ONLY 423 CALORIES (Ideal for a single dish of food.)



ELABORATION:
1. Cook the rice in salted water, and cook the egg.

2. When the rice is cooked, drain all the water on, and disponlo on a pan. Add the chopped egg, peas, chopped cooked ham into thin strips and spices. (The nutmeg and black pepper will be a sure hit in this recipe.)

3. Add the milk indicated and raises the fire. Mezlca all careful not to break the egg and serve warm.
