Rich potatoes and special deviled eggs

As long every Thursday, today we will show you a balanced, tasty and light recipe. But today we have something special: they are two recipes that make a meal of our book the ALEA diet.
We have made some modifications in the ingredients, then we detail you.
It is now just a month that went on sale and since then we have not had more than buenisimas and experiences makes great reviews. From here we thank you heart. Every time someone says, "I just bought it" or "I have given my cousin" or "I have never eaten so well on a diet" ... etc¡ comes us happiness! So thank you, thank you for this month so intense and full of illusions we carry.

And now, we go with the recipes. There are two things bare bones but I promise that I will surprise you and the rest of the family are super-light but tasty and are satisfied.

The ALEA diet

In the book are the amounts of prescriptions for four different plans. The plan age and weight starting pre-selected according to sex. You not have the same plan a man of 28 who weighs 115 kg, a woman weighing 69 kg 46 :)
In today's article I will show in detail the calories of Plan 2 (equivalent to a diet of about 1,500 calories). You can see it below.

INGREDIENTS for rich potatoes:
- Potatoes: 260 g
- Olive oil: half tablespoon
- Onion: 60 g
- Garlic: 1 clove
- White wine: 1/3 cup

ELABORATION:
This recipe is super simple, but do delicious!

    Part onion into thin strips and place them in a saute pan over medium heat.
    In a mortar, crush the garlic, add the white wine and as much water. Reservation.
    Pela and some potatoes into thin slices. Échalas casserole. And then check the preparation of the mortar. Add a little salt to the pan (or a piece of vegetable bouillon cube) and a good bay leaf.
    Let simmer and enjoy this simple but delicious dish.

INGREDIENTS for special deviled eggs:
 - Eggs: 1
- Olive oil: half tablespoon
- Lettuce: 40g  Here I made a small change in cooking the recipe: I did not put lettuce and baby spinach raw, the result was spectacular.
- Tomato: 60 g
- Mayonnaise light: 1 tablespoon

ELABORATION:

    Cook the egg.
    Meanwhile finite part super lettuce and tomato. The smaller, the better.
    Peel the egg, pártelo two and get even the yolk. Mix it with chopped lettuce and tomato and the board is mixed with light mayonnaise.
    Fill the inside of the eggs and serve.
