Easy diet food recipe salmon with mango and rice

We propose an original and delicious dish of salmon, mango and rice to make your diet fun.

     Calories: approx. 300

Ingredients for 1 serving

     50 g rice
     150 g salmon fillet
     A slice of lemon
     ½ handle
     1 orange
     salt
     Small leaves of mint for garnish

preparation

     Cook the rice in plenty of water for about 15 minutes.
     Meanwhile, soak the salmon fillet in lemon juice and olive oil. Allow to marinate for about 15 minutes.
     Chop the mango puree adding orange juice. Put some salt.
     Season the fish and pass the plate for about three minutes on each side.
     Place on a plate salmon, rice and mango cream.

Advice

You can use chicken fillets salmon instead if you want more.
