Easy diet food recipes marinated tuna

Simply delicious, natural and very healthy recipe. Price: 9 euros. Calories: 220. Difficulty: low. Time: 40 - 60 minutes.

Ingredients (4 people)

900 g of tuna

1 spring onion

3 garlic

1 carrot

1.5 dl apple cider vinegar

1.5 dl white wine

2 bay leaves

1 tablespoon sweet paprika

50 g flour

3 dl olive oil

thyme

salt and pepper

STEP 1

1- Season the tuna and pass through flour.

Put a frying pan with four tablespoons of oil.

Frying three minutes tuna slices.

Reserve.

Peel and cut the onion, carrot and garlic.

STEP 2

2- In the same pan that has fried tuna, put the vegetables.

Keep two minutes to heat and add the wine, vinegar, bay leaf and thyme.

Cook over high heat four minutes.

Remove and set aside.

STEP 3

3- Place the tuna in a casserole and add the marinade and paprika.

Cook a few minutes over low heat, shaking the pan gently.

Let it sit in the fridge twelve hours before serving.
