Just a very natural recipe to lick your fingers. Price: 6 euros. Calories: 270. Difficulty: Medium. Time: 20 to 40 minutes.

Scorpionfish cake

Ingredients (4 people)

1 scorpionfish

3 eggs

2 dl cream

1 dl ketchup

1 tomato

1 onion

1 carrot

1 leek

60 g breadcrumbs

1 dl white wine

salt

black pepper

laurel

butter

STEP 1

1- Put a pan fire with 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 leek, 1 bay leaf, a glass of white wine, 1 tomato, salt and black pepper grains.

Keep 10 minutes on the fire.

Incorporate scorpionfish and cook 10 minutes.

STEP 2

2- Allow to cool and crumble the cooked fish, cleansing it of thorns and skin.

In a bowl, place the shredded scorpion fish, eggs, cream, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.

A blender.

STEP 3

3- Pour the mixture into an elongated microwave previously smeared in butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs mold.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes at full power.

Accompany the scorpion fish cake with pink sauce.
