Pasta salad with arugula and trout

Ingredients for 2 servings
1 egg
100 g spaghetti
salt
Pepper
75 g cream
5 tablespoons milk
1-2 teaspoons horseradish
A little lemon
50 g Arugula
100 g smoked trout fillets
preparation
Bring to boil an egg for 10 minutes until hard.
Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions.
Mix fresh cream, milk, horseradish and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Clean the arugula.
Pica trout and egg.
Mix the paste with everything else. And corrects salt.
